Welcome to the **Turbo Aviator Agent Console**. This manual is designed for **Master Agents** and **Sub-Agents** to manage players, process cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), monitor earnings, and understand security protocols.

## 1. Agent Role Definitions

The Turbo Aviator agent network operates under a two-tier structure:

### Master Agent (ප්‍රධාන නියෝජිතයා)
* **Definition:** Master Agents are top-level operators appointed directly by the system admin.
* **Responsibilities:**
  - Create and manage their network of Sub-Agents.
  - Fund Sub-Agent account limits (EPOS limits).
  - Collect commissions from Sub-Agent networks.
  - Review transaction logs and reports.
* **Wallet:** Funded directly by the platform admin.

### Sub-Agent (නියෝජිතයා)
* **Definition:** Sub-Agents are created by Master Agents to handle player transactions directly.
* **Responsibilities:**
  - Create player accounts.
  - Collect cash/local deposits from players and credit their online balance.
  - Verify player withdrawal codes and pay out cash winnings.
  - Assist players with basic account inquiries.
* **Wallet:** Funded and managed by their parent Master Agent.

## 2. Getting Started & Login

### Accessing the Agent App:
* Navigate to the dedicated Agent portal:
  - **Master Agents**: `https://webmanagement.turboaviator.com`
  - **Sub-Agents**: `https://mob.turboaviator.com` (or `/sub` portal).
* Enter your **Agent Username** and **Password**.
* Input your **2FA Google Authenticator Code** (if enabled/required).
* Click **Login to Console**.

## 3. Managing Players (Create & View)

Sub-Agents can register players under their network to track activity and commission.

### How to Create a Player Account:
1. Navigate to the **Player Management** section in your dashboard.
2. Click **Create Player**.
3. Fill in the player details:
   - **Username** (Choose a unique ID)
   - **Password** (Provide a temp password which the player must change later)
   - **Email** (Optional / player email)
   - **Preferred Currency** (Must match your agent currency, e.g., LKR or INR)
4. Click **Register Player**.
5. Give the login credentials to the player. They can now log in at `https://turboaviator.com`.

## 4. Processing Transactions (Deposits & Cashouts)

This is the primary function of a Sub-Agent. You act as the physical cashier for the online casino.

### A. Processing a Player Deposit (Crediting Player Balance)
When a player hands you cash (or does a bank transfer) to fund their game:
1. Go to the **Deposit to Player** form on your agent dashboard.
2. Search for the player using their **Username** or **Player ID**.
3. Enter the exact **Deposit Amount** (in your local currency).
4. Click **Proceed**.
5. Review the confirmation dialog showing the player name, amount, and currency.
6. Click **Confirm Credit**.
7. The amount will be instantly deducted from your agent **EPOS Limit** and credited to the player's balance. An audit log is created automatically.

### B. Processing a Player Cashout (Paying Out Winnings)
When a player wants to withdraw cash:
1. The player will generate a **Withdrawal Verification Code** from their screen and give it to you.
2. In your Agent App, open the **Verify Cashout Code** modal.
3. Enter the code provided by the player.
4. The system will display:
   - Player Username
   - Cashout Amount
   - Status (Pending/Valid)
5. If the details match, click **Approve & Pay Cash**.
6. Give the cash to the player. The amount is automatically deducted from the player's online balance, and your transaction log is updated.

## 5. Epos Limits & Account Parameters

* **EPOS Limit (ශේෂය):** This is your active trading balance. You can only deposit money to players up to this limit.
* **Recharging Your Limit:**
  - **Sub-Agents:** Contact your parent **Master Agent** to purchase more balance. Transfer the cash/local currency to the Master Agent, and they will adjust your EPOS limit instantly.
  - **Master Agents:** Contact the **System Admin** to purchase bulk credits.

## 6. Commission & Earnings Tracking

* **Rev Share (Revenue Share):** Agents earn a percentage of the net revenue generated by players in their network.
* **Commission Payout:** Commissions are calculated daily/monthly.
  - Sub-Agents receive their commission splits automatically, which are added to their balance or paid out by the Master Agent.
  - Master Agents can view their Sub-Agent commission distributions under **Reports > Sub Commissions**.

## 7. Security & Account Protection

As an agent, you handle financial balances. Follow these strict security protocols:
* **Enforce 2FA:** Activate Google Authenticator on your agent profile. Do not share your 2FA seeds.
* **Verify Player Identity:** Always verify player usernames double-check before confirming credits. Accidental transfers can only be reversed by contacting the **System Administrator** to adjust balances manually.
* **Keep Strong Credentials:** Do not use simple passwords. Update your password regularly under **Profile > Security**.
* **Do Not Share Sessions:** Always log out of your console when leaving your phone or computer unattended.
